FULL DAY Coordination
This package works best for couples who have put in all the hard planning work and are looking for partners to help execute their wedding day. Ensure that you, your wedding party, and your family can enjoy the day stress-free with this package.

PARTIAL PLANNING
We call this package our research project service! We will pull together custom design plans, vendor recommendations, and a month-by-month planning timeline to help you book vendors and manage details at a comfortable pace.

FULL Planning
This package is for the clients who would like full guidance from start to finish! We will be there with you every step of the way to plan your dream day!

MINIS
Design Meeting: This package is open to clients who have us booked for a coordination package or those who don’t need full coordination support. If you’d like a quick check-in to confirm you’re on the right track or need extra design guidance, we would love to talk with you.
Half-Day Coordination: This package is perfect for couples who have planned their wedding but want a little extra support on the big day. You’ll have 6 flexible hours of coordination, tailored to when you need us most. This is only available to book 3-months in advance of your event date.

Add-Ons
Travel Fees: These fees kick in once your venue is 40 miles outside of Springfield, MO.
Cleanup: Coordinators will stay until the end of the night to help lead the clean-up process to ensure any venue clean-up requirements are met and your personal decor is packed up.
Holiday Fees: An additional flat fee will be added onto any of our packages if your event falls on a federal holiday weekend.
Rentals: We have a select number of items available to rent for clients who book with us. Ask us about them!
