While our brand name leans into weddings, we offer services for corporate events & parties as well! We will be your dedicated event planners, here to curate an unforgettable occasions that reflects your unique vision and objectives.

HALF-DAY COORDINATION

This package is perfect for clients who have planned their event but want a little extra support on the big day. You’ll have 6 flexible hours of coordination, tailored to when you need us most. Looking for help with set-up? We can come in the morning and handle the decor set up. Do you have your set up covered? No problem. We can step in later to coordinate the event to ensure everything runs smoothly.

FULL-DAY COORDINATION

This package is for clients who need all-day event support. We will come in the morning of your event to handle decor setup and ensure additional outside vendors arrive and set up on time. We will stay to coordinate the timeline of the event and leave after clean-up is complete.

FULL PLANNING

This package is for the clients who need full support from concept to finish for their event. We will be with you every step of the way, from design, to booking vendors, to execution.

NOW OFFERING VIRTUAL PARTY PLANNING SERVICES!

It can be hard to figure out how to start planning a party or small gathering. My goal is to help build theme ideas, give clear examples and provide you with the supply list all in one place.

This service includes:

  • One virtual meeting with me to discuss what your party is, any initial ideas you may have and what you are expecting of me.

  • One planning packet complete with a theme idea, mood board with examples, activity ideas, and a decor list. The decor list will have local vendors or links of where you can purchase or rent the items!

TRAVEL FEE

A travel fee kicks in when your venue is 40+ miles outside of Springfield, MO. If an overnight stay is required, the hotel cost will be added to the total.
