HALF-DAY Coordination
This package is perfect for clients who have planned their event but want a little extra support on the big day. You’ll have 6 flexible hours of coordination, tailored to when you need us most. Looking for help with set-up? We can come in the morning and handle the decor set up. Have your set up covered? No problem. We can step in later to coordinate the event to ensure everything runs smoothly.

FULL-DAY COORDINATION
This package is for clients who need all-day event support. We will come in the morning of your event to handle decor setup and ensure additional outside vendors arrive and set up on time. We will stay to coordinate the timeline of the event and leave after clean-up is complete.

Full Planning
This package is for clients who need full support from concept to finish for their event. We will be with you every step of the way, from design, to booking vendors, to execution.

TRAVEL FEE
There is a charge of $0.70 per additional mile for any distance exceeding 40 miles outside of Springfield, MO. If an overnight stay is required, the hotel cost will be added to the total.
